Geraldine Shanks

With sincere sympathy, we announce the passing of Mrs. Geraldine Shanks, age 66 of 1049 Collins Road Harlem, Georgia who entered into rest on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at the Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Ft Gordon. Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 2 pm at the Bellevue Memorial Gardens & Chapel, 4501 Wrighsboro Road Grovetown, Georgia. The viewing will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the  Bellevue Memorial Gardens & Chapel, 4501 Wrightsboro Road Grovetown, Georgia. The  only viewing will be held on Saturday from 12 noon to the hour of service at Bellevue Memorial Gardens & Chapel.  NO VIEWING will be held on Friday.  She is survived by her husband, Peter Shanks of Harlem; daughter, LaTasha (Dwayne) Green of Harlem; grandchildren DaeOntre Shank, DaeVonte Shank, Jaquanna (Milton) Kendrick & Preston Shanks and nine sisters, five brothers, two sister in laws & three brother in laws and and host of other relatives and friends. Her loving & devoted family will cherish her memories.  The D.T. Brown Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
