Brown Memorial FH announce the passing of Minister Essie Lene Jackson, who entered into rest on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 while at her residence, 4797 Ogeechee River Road Warrenton, Georgia. The Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 11 am at The Believers Church of the Glory Cemetery, Ogeechee River Road Warrenton, Georgia, Pastor Adrian Dawson, Eulogist. Viewing will begin on Friday from 12 noon to 7 pm at the funeral home.
She is survived by her loving husband, Welcher "Straw" Jackson of Warrenton, Georgia; her children, Arlean (Parks) Mills & Linda Jackson both of Warrenton, Georgia and Loretta (Edward) Tucker of Mitchell, Georgia; God-daughter, Betty Ivey of Warrenton, Georgia; sister, Louwill Kitchens of Warrenton, Georgia; three sisters-in-law, Urdee Bell & and Virginia Berry both of Warrenton, Georgia & Liza Conyers of Rochester, NY; one brother in law, Henry Jackson of Warrenton, Georgia; nine grandchildren; Altonio Hunter, James Tucker, Shevon (Antwon) Evans, Veronica Hunter, Antuan (Shawitekia) Johnson, Dedric (Candice) Tucker, Kashander (Michael) Seals, Arleissa Hunter & Antavious (Angela) Johnson; thirty-two great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
