Obituary
With heartfelt and sincere sympathy, we announce the passing of Mr. Daniel “Boone” Crawford formerly of Thomson, who entered into eternal rest in Augusta, Georgia. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 2:30 pm at the Second Providence Baptist Church.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories; his children, Daniel Devonte (Dentrig Shantell) Crawford and Keva Latisha Crawford; step-daughter, Mariah Fe’Shay Hodo. Hodo; three grandchildren, Dason D. Crawford, Dillan J. Crawford & Tariji Washington; five sisters, Pauline Webb, Lena (Gene) Jones, Elease Hester, Elizabeth Ann Bell, Susie Tutt-Moton; seven brothers, John Henry Crawford, Melvin Crawford, Willie Clarence Crawford, Otis Jones, Jr., Ricky Jones, Rev. Nathaniel (Renae) Jones and Robert Jones; sister in law, Apostle Felecia Rhodes; two aunts, Louise (Tommy) Burgess and Juanita Dickerson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family is requesting that everyone assemble at the church at 2:00 pm. Please keep the Crawford & Jones Family in your thoughts and prayers.
