It is with heartfelt and sincere sympathy, that we announce the passing of Mr. Gene Edward Jones, age 80, of Hephzibah, Georgia, who entered into eternal rest on today, October 30, 2023 at his residence. The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 2 pm at the Miles Memorial C.M.E. Church, 2014 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd Augusta, Georgia, Rev. Larry Fryar, Pastor. The family requests that everyone assemble at the church at 1:30 pm on Saturday. There will not be a REPAST after the service. Please keep the Lena Jones & Family in your thoughts and prayers.
