Mr. Julius O'Brown Cummings, age 81, of Decatur, Georgia passed on Sunday, July 11, 2021. The Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the First Mount Carmel Memorial Gardens, 6269 Cobbham Rd, Appling, Georgia 30802. The Visitation will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gregory B. Levett & Sons Funeral Home, S. Dekalb Chapel, 4347 Flat Shoals Parkway Decatur, Georgia. Due to COVID-19, a mask will be required to enter our Chapel. Please express your condolences here on our website.
