Mr. Lonnie Lanquease “Man” Harris

With sadness, heartfelt and sincere sympathy, we announce the passing of Mr. Lonnie L. Harris, age 33 of Thomson, who entered into eternal rest on Monday, August 21, 2023 at his residence. The Public Viewing will begin on Friday, September 1, 2023 from 11 am to 6 pm at the funeral home. The Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 1:04 pm at the Springfield Baptist Church in Thomson, Georgia. The Body will lie in state at the church beginning at 11 am until the hour of service on Saturday. The Interment will follow the funeral service in the Future Progress Society Cemetery in Camak, Georgia. 
He leaves to cherish his precious memories: five children, Jordyn, Amelia, Jhurnee, Aazir, and Landyn; parents, Lonnie Harris, Jr., of Thomson, Georgia and Angela Johnson of Warrenton, Georgia; grandmother, Gwen Johnson of Warrenton, Georgia; six brothers, Laquez (Tiffany) Sims of Thomson, Georgia, Jaylan Cummings of Grovetown, Georgia, Landrez Harris, Lon’Tavious Howard, Lon’Quavious Howard, and Lon’Trez Howard, all of Thomson , Georgia; nine sisters, Tiandra (Floyd) Canty of Milledgeville, Georgia, Treikia Harris, Tynisha  Harris, Takesia Harris, Tomeka Harris all of Warrenton, Georgia and Teneah Harris, Tena’ah Harris, T’onnie Harris, all of Thomson, Georgia and Charlene Perdue of Augusta, Georgia; five aunts, Lashanda Johnson, Catherine (Andrew) Collins, Lena Carr, Melissa (Pete) Pinkston, and Peggy Harris; six nieces, two nephews; a trusted mentor, John “Mr. Rock” Habersham; a special friend, Keondria Thomas; a host of great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
