Mr. Marvin Bruce Benson

With heartfelt and sincere sympathy, we announce the passing of Mr. Marvin Bruce Benson of Gainesville, Georgia, formerly of Thomson, who entered into eternal  rest on Monday, September 20, 2021. The Celebration of Life  will be held on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 2 o'clock pm at the Antioch Baptist Church, 1010 Mill Street Gainesville, Georgia. The Visitation will begin on Saturday  from 12 pm to 8 pm at the Wimberly Jackson FH. He leaves to cherish his precious memories: his wife of forty-one years, Sandra G. Benson; children, Jasmine B. Robertson & Brenton (Porschea) Benson; grandchildren, Caidyn Benson, A'Jaiden Cheeks, Christian Gamble; a loving mother, Amy Lee Benson of Thomson, Georgia; three sisters, Patricia Benson Clark  of Decatur, Georgia , Joyce Luke El-amin of Duluth, Georgia  & Veronica Benson Cunningham of Thomson, Georgia; one brother, Tommy (Alfreda) Benson of Thomson, Georgia; Uncles, Vernon Thomas, Sr., of Appling, Georgia, Charles Butler of Decatur, Georgia & Adam (Betty) Thomas of Deland, Florida; Aunts, Margie Butler Lewis of Decatur, Georgia & Lois Thomas Miranda of Thomson, Georgia, Gerrie Thomas of Riverdale, Georgia & Gwendolyn Thomas of Deland, Florida and Catherine B.
